Hue-Man Being Project is a cool program that gives you an opportunity to have your voice heard through your art and words.

H U E-MAN Being Art Project rules and regulations:

Hue-Man Being Art Project Rules and Regulations: All entries must be original, legible and submitted on 8 1/2 x 11 white card stock using pencils, makers, crayons, paints or colored construction paper. Chalk and water colors are not eligible mediums." Entrant's name, age, home address, and phone number must be clearly printed, in black ink, on the back of the entry. More than one entry is permissible. Must be 7 - 19 to enter. Submissions must be mailed to Hey U.G.L.Y.'s Hue-Man Being Art Project, c/o Hey U.G.L.Y. , Inc., PO Box 345, Rolling Prairie, IN 46371. All submissions must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2013. All submissions will become the exclusive property of Hey U.G.L.Y., Inc. NFP and will not be returned to entrants. All submissions will be reviewed on creativity, memorability, originality and positivity. An independent panel of art experts will conduct judging to select the 50 most representative submissions. Judging will take place on or about April 15, 2013. Decisions of judges are final. The 50 most representative submitters will be notified no later than May 15, 2013. The most representative entries will be posted on Hey U.G.L.Y.'s website where we will conduct a national judging to select the most representative work of art. That artist will receive a $100 U.S. Savings Bond. To receive a written letter listing the top 50 submitters, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by May 31, 2013. If there are not enough entries for consideration those entries will automatically be placed in consideration for the following year's Hue-Man Being Art Project. Submission constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for sponsor and anyone it may authorize to use winners' artwork, names, photographs or other likenesses, biographical information, hometowns and statements concerning the project for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation to the submitter. Employees of Hey U.G.L.Y. , Inc. NFP, its affiliated companies, participating partners and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies and their immediate families are not eligible.
