How Are You Feeling

HOW ARE YOU FEELING? THIS LIST OF FEELINGS CAN HELP
All emotions can be broken down into either love or fear.  Here is an exercise that helped Hey U.G.L.Y.’s co-founder learn to live life in joy energy. Before going to bed, she used the list below and checked off all the feelings she felt that day. In the beginning she was checking mostly fear energy feelings. Her therapist told her to look for the opposite love energy for each negative feeling she felt to help her get out of the fear. After she did that, she focused on find ways to BE in that love energy. For example, when she felt  jealous, which she did a lot, she worked on figuring out what she was afraid of. It was usually about somebody leaving her for someone else. So, to help her move from that energy she focused on feeling self-assured. It took tons of practice, but it worked for you and she hopes it will work for you.
