National Stop Bullying Day

NATIONAL STOP BULLYING DAY – Everyone at Hey U.G.L.Y. (HU) wants you to observe National Stop Bullying Day, not only on the second Wednesday of October, but everyday of the year. Especially our biggest bully…that voice in our head that tells us we are not good enough. We named it, Self-bullying. Click here for videos and tips on ways to tame that voice.

STRUGGLING WITH ISSUES YOU’D LIKE TO OVERCOME?  Alexis Smith, recipient of Hey U.G.L.Y.’s BULLYING SURVIVOR AWARD would like to help you if she can. She has overcome overwhelming obstacles in her life and is a heroic example of how to focus on your strengths to help you never give away your power to bullies.
